Cameron Cooke was our first point of contact, making initial measurements, walking us through the contract, answering any and all questions in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about the SYR Grant program that we participated in to install our fortified roof. When there was a delay on the receipt of our skylights, we were informed by multiple people, multiple times about the change, including Cameron. They really made sure we understood what was going on and the new timeline. As soon as those skylights were in, we were on the schedule within a couple of weeks and very well informed of the timelines.

On the day of the project, Deven Diaz, our project manager was on site for the entire project and managing everything. He kept us updated via extensive pictures and conversation throughout the day, did a thorough walkthrough at the end, and ensured that that the property was left clean and secured. The crew was amazingly fast and adhered to all the fortified roof requirements as agreed upon. My neighbors were amazed that the project was done in only 1 day.
